How are Fearless Harbor products made?

Apparel: We work with proven suppliers to ensure high-quality materials. Apparel is typically made using direct to garment (DTG) methods to ensure the best complex, multi-colored designs. Our suppliers have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! (Apparel may occasionally utilize direct to film (DTF) methods as well.)

Stickers & Decals: Our stickers and decals are printed and quality checked before being cut. They are again checked for quality after every cut to ensure a clean design.

Fulfillment:

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s typically 2–5 business days for all production techniques. 
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Stickers are usually printed and cut within 1 business day and shipped either same day, or the following day. Occasionally, stickers may take up to 3 days to be printed, cut, and shipped.
 

Please note: 

Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time. The fulfillment averages you see in our catalog are calculated based on our fulfillment data for each product within the time frame of 30 days.

Our fulfillment averages don't account for the time an order might be put on hold. Fulfillment for large orders may take longer on average, but it’ll still be fulfilled within 5 business days. Our fulfillment times are an estimate, not a guarantee.

 

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at contact@fearlessharbor.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

At Fearless Harbor, we pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement 

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact@fearlessharbor.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Order failed to deliver:

If the carrier isn’t able to deliver your order (s) because the incorrect address was applied, or if the package was unclaimed at the specified delivery location, it’ll be returned to Fearless Harbor's default return address. This means that it'll be sent back to the facility that your order was initially sent from. When that happens, you’ll get an email from us that your order arrived back at our facility. We’ll then hold on the order for 30 days at no cost. We will do our best to contact you and let you know we received your returned order and determine why it was sent back to us. Additional shipping costs may be required and will be determined case by case. 

Buyer’s remorse:

On the majority of our apparel, Fearless Harbor only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse. We strive to be conscious of our production process and create your item once it is ordered. Each piece is crafted especially for you, reducing overproduction and waste. Your gear may take a few extra days to fulfill, but it's worth the wait!
